RETURN & REFUND POLICY



Challenger Street Wear value customer satisfaction on if any of our items delivered to our customers are not as described, damaged or faulty we will exchange or refund for it. On the exchange, the item (s) must be posted in the same condition as it was sent, and the buyer will pay for the return postage. However, we will post the exchanged item on our own cost, through standard delivery option.

Alternatively, we will fully refund for any damaged or faulty product, where the buyer must send the damaged/faulty product to us, in the same condition as it was delivered. The buyer will pay for the return cost and will only get their money back once we receive our product.

On customers change of mind after our product is delivered – we accept their request to exchange that with any of our other product of the same value. However, the buyer will need to pay for shipping cost for returning our product as well as for the delivery cost.

For any of the above, all items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date. Also, the buyer must first contact with us on return@challengerstreetwear.com.au with full details including order details, product details and pictures, and description of their concerns or issue with our product. And it should only be sent back once we approve for its exchange or refund.
